Terms of Service — Furry Art CommissionsLast updated: 12.09.2025By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. These terms exist to ensure a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable commission experience for both the artist and the client.

General GuidelinesI reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.I am primarily a furry artist; non-furry commissions may or may not be accepted at my discretion.Communication must be respectful. Harassment, pressure, or rude behavior will result in cancellation of the commission and a ban from future work.

Creative LibertyBy commissioning me, you agree that I maintain full creative liberty regarding:Artistic stylePosingExpression and moodRendering and stylistic choicesBackground decisions (unless otherwise discussed)You may provide references and general themes, but the final artistic interpretation is ultimately up to me.I do not replicate other artists’ styles.If you need very strict design control or a highly specific pose/composition, please clarify before payment, as I may decline the commission.

PaymentAll prices are listed in $USD, unless stated otherwise.Payment is due upfront in full unless otherwise agreed.I currently accept: PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, VenmoA slot is not secured until payment is received.

Refunds & CancellationsFull refunds are only available if:I have not started the artwork.Partial refunds may be offered depending on how much progress has been made.No refunds are available once the artwork is over 50% complete.If I cancel a commission for personal reasons, you will receive a full refund regardless of progress.Chargebacks without discussion will result in a permanent ban.

RevisionsUnder creative liberty commissions, revisions are limited to:Correction of factual errors (e.g., wrong colors, missing markings).Revisions to change artistic choices—such as pose, lighting, or style—are not included.Major revision requests may incur additional fees or be declined.

Deadlines & TurnaroundTurnaround time can vary depending on queue, complexity, and personal schedule.Estimated turnaround is 1 month, but this is a soft estimate, not a guarantee.Rush commissions may be accepted for an additional fee.

Usage Rights
Artist RightsI retain all rights to the created artwork, including but not limited to:Displaying in my portfolioPosting on social mediaUsing the work for promotional purposesI may choose not to post the artwork upon request, but this must be agreed upon before payment

Client RightsYou may:Use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., icons, profile pictures, character galleries).Repost with proper credit.You may not:Remove my signature/watermark.Claim the artwork as your own.Sell, mint, or use the artwork in NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related projects.Use the artwork for any commercial purpose unless a commercial-use license is purchased.

AI, NFT, and Blockchain ProhibitionMy artwork may not be fed into AI datasets, used for machine learning, turned into NFTs, or included in any blockchain project.Violation of this term results in an immediate blacklist and potential legal action.

Final Artwork DeliveryArtwork will be delivered digitally via [email, Discord, Google Drive, etc.]No physical items are shipped.High-resolution files are provided unless otherwise stated.

Changes to the ToSI reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of payment will apply to your commission.
